The task
Lucid Capital runs fully automated trading systems. The site had to explain what they do to investors without charts, jargon or hype, and feel as precise as the product itself.

One idea per screen
Instead of a page full of numbers, the site is a sequence of short statements: what the algorithms do, when they get aggressive, how risk is managed, which markets they trade. Each statement has one illustration, and the key words are set in italic serif, so the page reads in a few seconds even when scrolled fast.

Isometric world
I drew every illustration myself, as one system: platforms, cubes, circuit boards and coins in the same angle, palette and light. On hover, the objects lift off the board and start to glow. The whole site was animated: objects, hovers and scroll.
